Temu promotions: credit, coins and the offers worth checking

Temu credit-back promotions can reward qualifying purchases with credit for later Temu orders. Check your account’s rules, eligible payment methods and claim deadline. A campaign balance, wallet credit and a coupon bundle each need a different calculation.

Start with the reward you will receive

Order-linked credit offers connect a qualifying purchase to a later reward. Some ask you to return and claim portions on specific days. Read your round's schedule before paying: we cannot give you one claim period that applies to all accounts.

Other rounds use coins or a promotional balance. You move towards a target, then request the reward if you meet the conditions. The number beside a progress bar does not prove that the same amount has reached your credit wallet. Check the qualifying order, threshold and withdrawal screen together.

Puzzle and calendar offers can combine shopping tasks, gifts and credit. A coupon bundle has a different value from spendable credit, and a gift still needs to be something you want. Compare the final basket price against an ordinary purchase before counting a reward as savings.

The names you may recognise

Shoppers have reported routes called claimcredit, wincredit, credit777, qqqq, puzzlejjjj, cccccccc and calendar1000. Try a reported keyword in the app if you want to check your account. We have not verified that each route remains available on 30 September, or that identical names carry identical terms across regions.

A Czech offer with a 5,400 Kč target

Jakub's 30 September screenshot shows a 5,400 Kč promotional target, 5,325 Kč processing and 75 Kč remaining. It also displays a first-order line of 1.00% plus 3 Kč and an end time of 3 October at 12:47. Those are details of his round, not a universal rate.

On 7 October 2026, Jakub reported paying 7,200 Kč entirely with existing Temu credit and receiving 5,400 Kč in credit. That round used no new cash and reduced his credit by 1,800 Kč. He has the offer again, but has not reported a second completed payout. We attribute the outcome to his firsthand account; the 30 September screenshot shows the original offer, not the completed wallet transaction. The exact campaign keyword remains unknown, so we cannot identify this round as WinCredit.

Using wallet credit, expiry and cash withdrawal

Use issued credit for a Temu purchase and check how much the checkout deducts before paying any remainder. Do not substitute a pending campaign balance or coupon total for usable wallet credit. Temu’s linked help says ordinary issued credit does not expire and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Your promotion can still have an earning or claim deadline. A campaign offering a cash payout has its own rules; that does not make ordinary promotional wallet credit withdrawable.

Save the rules and order number before checkout. Check exclusions, delivery conditions, claim dates and the effect of cancellations or returns in that round. We have no basis for saying one return causes an automatic permanent ban or that all offers stack. Buy a basket you would still want if the reward takes longer than expected.
