How Temu WinCredit works: targets, qualifying orders and credit
In a WinCredit round, you complete the actions listed in your offer to reach its reward target. Check how your next purchase contributes, when you can claim and which payment methods qualify. A coin or campaign balance does not establish that Temu has issued wallet credit.
Open your round before placing an order
Search wincredit in the app, or open a reward banner available on your account. A product-results page does not confirm that you have entered a campaign. You need the actual event screen, its rules and a deadline.
Read what counts as a qualifying purchase. Check whether you must select products through that page, whether shipping or other fees count, and whether Temu requires payment, shipment or delivery before releasing rewards. Do not infer those conditions from an older round.
Keep a screenshot of the starting balance and offer. If the event disappears later, you will have a record of what you accepted rather than just a memory of the large headline amount.
Work out the remaining spend
A threshold offer can add coins or promotional balance without immediately adding spendable wallet credit. Record the target, the amount remaining and the rate for your next order. A special first-order rate may differ from the rate that follows.
Divide the remaining promotional amount by the applicable rate only if the rules confirm that rate continues. Include caps, minimum orders and excluded costs. If those details are missing, the calculation cannot tell you what finishing the round will cost.
Compare the needed spend with products you already planned to buy. Credit has value when you can use it on a later purchase; it does not reduce the cash you must pay for the current basket unless checkout actually applies it.
The 5,400 Kč example needs its own label
Jakub shared a Czech screen on 30 September showing a 5,400 Kč target, 5,325 Kč processing and 75 Kč remaining. Its first-order line says 1.00% plus 3 Kč; the round ends on 3 October at 12:47. We do not know its search keyword and cannot identify it as WinCredit from this image alone.
On 7 October 2026, Jakub reported paying 7,200 Kč entirely with existing Temu credit and receiving 5,400 Kč in credit. That round used no new cash and reduced his credit by 1,800 Kč. He has the offer again, but has not reported a second completed payout. We attribute the outcome to his firsthand account; the 30 September screenshot shows the original offer, not the completed wallet transaction. The exact campaign keyword remains unknown, so we cannot identify this round as WinCredit.

Check the wallet after claiming
Follow your event's claim steps and save the confirmation. Then open the credit wallet and look for the transaction. A pending campaign balance and a wallet entry tell you different things.
Temu's credit guidance explains that ordinary credit pays for Temu orders and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Its expiry answer says ordinary wallet credit does not expire. Your campaign can still expire before you earn or claim the reward.
If a qualifying order does not count, contact support with the event rules, order ID and before-and-after screenshots. Check cancellation and return terms in your round. We cannot promise that returns leave rewards untouched, or claim they automatically trigger a ban.
Calculate before the next order
Use the calculator to check a remaining target against the next-order rate. Then inspect your campaign’s eligible-payment rule: Jakub’s credit-funded purchase earned credit on his account, but this does not establish eligibility for every WinCredit round.
We organize Temu campaign rules, reader account evidence and dated source material into practical guides. An editorial review is not a guarantee that an offer is available on your account.
